We wanted to create a permaculture vegetable garden and orchard. Aware of environmental issues, this project was obvious to us.

Honey and jams for breakfast

Our beehives provide honey, our fruits are used for breakfast jams, aromatics flavor our dishes and vegetables embellish our plates.

Homemade vegetables at the restaurant

Of course, for the moment, our production remains modest and simply supplements our local supply. But, it fits perfectly into our garden and our vision of a family home in the countryside.
