Chef Charlotte Latreille
After training at the Lycée d'Occitanie in Toulouse and several experiences in France and abroad, Charlotte Latreille, our chef, has returned to her birthplace.
Her cuisine is sincere, feminine and ho,est. Attached to her roots and committed to quality, she enjoys working with local products from the Gascon region.
A true gourmet, she combines freshness and vibrancy on each plate.
